• 1 December - Early bird registration open
• from 10 March - Standard registration
• from 1 August- Late fee applies
• 20 August- registration is closed

Friday 23 august

• 5:00 PM Training session
• 6:00 PM Registration is open, and maps are ready for collection
• 8:00 PM Registration closed, race HQ 
  
• 8:00 PM Social dinner

Saturday 24 August 

• 8:00 AM Registration open
• 11:00 AM Start HALF and FULL
• 7: 00 PM- optional registration MINI

Sunday 25 AUGUST

• 5:00 AM Leaders are expected at the finish
• 6:00 AM MINI registration is open
• 7:00 AM - MINI start
• 12:00 PM Finish closed
• 1:15 PM Presentation
• 2:00 PM FIRST AUSTRALIAN ADVENTURE RACING CONFERENCE
• 6:00 PM Social dinner
